No Fly Zone would risk for full fledged War
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said to reporters at NATO meeting that imposing a no-fly zone over Ukraine would risk for a full-fledged war between NATO and Russia.

More Sanctions on Russia by USA
The US issued new penalties against Russian legislators, oligarchs, and defence industries on Thursday in response to the invasion of Ukraine, according to the White House.
According to a statement published while US President Joe Biden was in Brussels for war summits.
The sanctions target 328 members of Russia's lower chamber State Duma and 48 defence businesses "that fuel (President Vladimir) Putin's war machine," according to the announcement.
Herman Gref, the CEO of Sberbank, Russia's largest financial institution, is also a target.
USA President Biden said in tweet that "I’m announcing additional sanctions on over 400 Russian elites, lawmakers, and defense companies in response to Putin’s war of choice in Ukraine"
President Biden also said that They personally gain from the Kremlin’s policies, and they should share in the pain.

- Russian troops appear to be setting up "defensive positions" 15-20 kilometers (9-12 miles) outside the capital Kyiv, Al Jazeera reports
- In a meeting on Thursday NATO leaders, including the United States' Joe Biden and the UK's Boris Johnson agreed to boost military presence in Eastern Europe, including new battle groups in Slovakia , Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary.
- Biden pledged to continue to support Ukraine with supplies and armaments as the Russian invasion enters its second month.
