Drink more water

It is seen that there is no thirst when cold occurs. Despite this, drink more and more water. Doctors also recommend drinking more water in winter. This keeps the body hydrate and removes the toxin present in the body. Coconut water can also be consumed for this.

Leaving one lemon in a glass of water in the morning will not cause vitamin C deficiency and strengthens the immune system.

Steam Inhaling

Drink decoction (Kadha)

Drink turmeric and Milk

Cold-cough is a viral disease. For this, mix half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of country ghee and half a teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm milk and take it daily. Cold and cough will be cured in two to three days. Drinking turmeric-milk before sleeping at night is more beneficial.
