Ginger Halwa Ingredients

Ginger - 500 grams

Jaggery - 1 cup

Almonds - 1/2 cup

Cashew - 1/2 cup

Raisins - 1/4 cup

Ghee - 2 tbsp

Walnuts - 1/4 cup

Ginger Pudding/Halwa Recipe

1. First of all wash the ginger, peel it well and cut it into small pieces.

2. Put the chopped ginger pieces in a mixer grinder and grind them coarsely.

3. Now put cashews, walnuts and almonds in the mixer grinder and grind them coarsely.

4. Now heat ghee in a pan.

5. When the ghee becomes hot, add ginger paste and mix well.

6. Fry this ginger mixture well while stirring for about 15 minutes.

7. Now add jaggery to it, mix well and roast till it melts completely.

8. After roasting, mix raisins and ground nuts in it and cook the pudding till it thickens.

9. Take ginger pudding is ready, serve it garnished with dry fruits.
